Machine already has been backed up several times. To check the recovery points, you go to All devices, select the machine, and click Recovery.
You click Refresh (in the upper right corner of the list) to refresh the list of recovery points. In a minute, recovery points appear, but you notice that some or all of the recovery points are now missing from the list.
You might see this message:
There are no backups of the selected devices in the known locations.
The activity of refreshing the recovery points is performed by the Agent; it checks the meta of the archive and provides an output. However, this activity may take more than a minute (in rare cases - up to several hours).
The console shows incomplete data without waiting for the activity to finish. All recovery points appear once the Agent completes the activity.
The development team is working on improving the product behaviour.
As workaround, wait a few minutes for the data to load. If you still see incomplete results, refresh the page in the browser.
If this does not resolve the issue, check the recovery points from the Backups tab, from the Web Restore Console, or open the backup contents using the Recover as files option.
