Cause

Connectivity issue between Agent and Storage Node. Issue is under investigation.

Collect information

Please collect following information and contact Acronis Customer Central:

 

  1. Process Monitor log collected on affected Agent machine when reproducing the issue;
  2. Wireshark log collected on affected Agent machine when reproducing the issue,
  3. System information from the affected Agent machine and from machine where Acronis Storage Node is installed.
