Solution

The issue will be fixed in the next update of Acronis Backup 12.5.

Meanwhile, please do the following:

Make sure that the affected machine runs a 64-bit Windows and Acronis Backup build is 7641.

1. Close Acronis Backup web console.

2. Stop Acronis Managed Machine Service: Start -> in search, type services.msc and press Enter -> locate Acronis Managed Machine Service and click Stop service.

3. Download this mms.exe and unpack it.

4. Replace mms.exe in C:\Program Files\Acronis\BackupAndRecovery with the mms.exe downloaded in step 3.

5. Start Acronis Managed Machine Service: Start -> in search, type services.msc and press Enter -> locate Acronis Managed Machine Service and click Start service.
