Why this alert is displayed:
Acronis Backup 12.5 (Advanced) is using new cloud infrastructure. This alert is displayed, if the cloud archives created with previous versions have not been migrated automatically and a manual migration is required.

You need to migrate your cloud archives manually in these cases:

  1. You have been using Acronis Backup for VMware.
  2. You have been using Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.
  3. Automated migration during upgrade from Acronis Backup 11.5/11.7 (Advanced) failed.

When the alert is deactivated:
Once the cloud archives are successfully migrated.

Before contacting Acronis Customer Central, please collect the following reports using the migrate_archives tool:
