  2. When you start the web console or switch between tabs, the popup window "Internal server error. Errorcode 100011" appears:

Issue in the product.

The issue has been fixed in Update 1, please update to the latest build.

Use one of these workarounds, if you do not want to update to the latest build:

Workaround 1

  1. On the machine with Acronis Management Server, download and unpack the file: resources_v2.py
  2. Replace C:\Program Files\Acronis\WebServer\wcs\model\resources\resources_v2.py with the new resources_v2.py file from the archive.
  3. Restart Acronis Web Server service (if you use build earlier than Update 1) or Acronis Service Manager Service (if using a later build):
    • Go to Start
    • In Search, type services.msc and press Enter
    • Locate Acronis Web Server service(or Acronis Service Manager Service) and click Restart service

Workaround 2

Open Windows Event Viewer (Start -> in search, type eventvwr.msc and press Enter) and look for this event:

Event ID 16 from source Acronis Backup and Recovery.
Error 0xbe0010: An error has occurred while creating the registry subkey.
| trace level: error
| line: 0x8a55ceee4a56536e

| function: Common::Error::AddWindowsError
| code: 0x80070005
| $module: ls_service_vsa64_7641

If you see this event, apply this workaround:

  1. Open Windows registry: Start -> in search, type regedit.exe and press Enter.
  2. Right-click HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Acronis and select Permissions.
  3. Click Add.
  4. Type NETWORK SERVICE and click Check Names.
  5. Click OK.
  6. In Group or user names, select NETWORK SERVICE and select the Allow check box for Full Control to give permission to open, edit, and take ownership of the key.
