You can specify an email server that will be used to send email notifications from the management server. If you want to use a Gmail account as email service, do the following:
1. In the settings of your Gmail account, go to Security ---> App passwords:
Pay attention: 2-Step Verification should be activated.
2. Specify app and device. Under Select app choose Other (Custom name):
3. The password will be generated:
4. Specify the password in Acronis console.
Acronis Cyber Protect 15, Acronis Cyber Backup 12.5: In the Web Console, click on Settings ---> System settings ---> Email server. Choose Gmail, specify the generated password instead of your Google Password (more details).
Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud: In the Management portal, go to the Branding tab and specify the generated password in the Email server Settings.
