Backup to Acronis Storage Gateway fails with error:
Error code: 307
Message: Internal error: Registration server call has failed with the following error: 'Failed to find some certificates in the chain or some of them are expired.'.
Certificates stored on the Acronis Storage Gateway ver. 1.6 are expired after some period of time (typically once a year).
Perform Acronis Storage Gateway registration once again by running the command:
# acronis-storage-registration -u <username> -p <password> -s cloud.acronis.com -a <Acronis Storage Gateway address>:44445 -i <Acronis Storage Gateway UID> -o /etc/pki/tls/certs/Acronis/storage/
where <username> is the login of any administrator of the Partner's group where the Acronis Storage Gateway is registered;
<password> is the password for the above account;
<Acronis Storage Gateway address> is a public IP address/DNS name and port of the Acronis Storage Gateway, as specified in the gateway configuration (for example storage.example.com:44445);
<Acronis Storage Gateway UID> is the unique ID of the storage (for example "MyStorage123") as it appears in the Management Console;
The procedure will re-register Acronis Storage Gateway in Acronis Backup Cloud management console and the certificate will be renewed.
Second step is to change the storage certificate's ownership from "root" to "acronis" user:
# chown -R acronis:acronis /etc/pki/tls/certs/Acronis/storage
