58947: Acronis True Image: Error "The JWT Token Has Expired or Is Invalid" When Trying to Access Online Dashboard

Symptoms

  1. You try to access Online Dashboard.
  2. Web page does no open. The following error is shown:

    The JWT token has expired or is invalid

Cause

Issue with specific Acronis accounts or maintenance on Acronis servers.

Solution

Attempt to log in at a later time.

If the issue persists after 24 hours, please contact Acronis Customer Central to get the issue resolved.
