If there is an issue with installation of Acronis Backup, it may be useful to save the installation log and send it along with your request for support. Acronis Backup creates the log automatically.

If installation of any of Acronis Backup component fails, it will automatically offer you to view the installation log. Click View installation log:

Open the log to review the installation process and analyze installation failure. See Analyzing Installation Logs for detailed information.

To save the log, click File, and then Save as...

Logs are saved automatically in: %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Acronis\InstallationLogs
