Introduction
If necessary, on a single server install, you can downgrade Acronis Files Connect to Access Connect 10.0.4. You can download the 10.0.4 installer from the latest releases page at http://www.grouplogic.com/web/afclatest
Solution
- Open an elevated command prompt.
- Enter the path to your AcronisFilesConnect.exe surrounded by quotes and add the -DowngradeToVersion9 switch.
e.g. "C:\Program Files (x86)\Acronis\Access\Files Connect\AcronisFilesConnect.exe" - Run the Access Connect 10.0.4 installer and complete the installation proccess.
- After the downgrade, you'll need to rebuild the search indexes for each volume. The best way to do this is to disable Spotlight support by unchecking the Acronis Content Indexing box at Access Connect Administrator > Settings > Search > Spotlight Search, as shown in the screenshot at
https://www.acronis.com/support/documentation/AcronisFilesConnect/index.html#32135.html#o32138
Then confirm the index directory, by default at (your path may be different if you upgraded or performed a custom install or specified customs paths in the Volume Properties window):
C:\Program Files (x86)\Acronis\Access\Files Connect\ExtremeZ-IP DTSearch Indexes
is empty, then reenable Spotlight support.
