Depending on your scenario you can use one of these methods to "copy" a backup plan to another machine.

Method 1: Applying one backup plan to multiple machines

This way you can apply one backup plan to multiple machines without the need to configure it anew every time.

1. Select a machine and create a backup plan (see a step-by-step guide here).
2. Select another machine, click Backup and select the plan you want to apply to this machine:
   
3. Click Apply.

Method 2: Using an existing backup plan as a template

This way you can use an existing backup plan as a template and change some of the settings only without the need to configure the plan from scratch.

1. Select a machine and create a backup plan (see a step-by-step guide here).
2. Select another machine, click Backup and select the plan you want to use as a base for the new plan:
   
3. Modify the settings you need to change.
4. Click Apply.
5. A popup window will appear asking whether you want to create a new backup plan or change the existing one. Select Create a new backup plan only for the selected resources:
   
6. Provide a name for the new plan.
