Error code: 60
Fields: $module : disk_bundle_vs_38350
Message: Acronis Online Backup Storage has overflowed. Backup size: <size> GB; Storage quota: <quota> GB
Storage occupied by backups has exceeded available quota.
- Make sure you are using the latest build of Acronis Backup 11.5 /Acronis Backup 11.7
- Navigate to the vault and enable Occupied space column. Right-click on a column header and check Occupied space. In the Occupied space column you will be able to see space occupied by archives, which can help you do define discrepancies.
- Check retention rules (archive cleanup) settings and adjust them (e.g. shorten retention periods) to set them up to balance Cloud space usage. Wait until archives will be cleaned up or delete some older archives/backups manually to free up space. Repeat this step until you have enough free space to continue backups. Alternatively please consider extending your Cloud storage by purchasing a subscription with a larger storage quota.
Note for Acronis Backup 11.5 for PC: check space occupied in your Cloud storage. It should not exceed quota specified by our Fair Usage Policy. Please delete older archives/backups to free up space for new data
When occupied space does not match value in the error message and backups still fail, please contact Acronis Customer Central with the following information:
