This article applies to:
- Acronis MassTransit
- A contact attempts to upload using SFTP.
- Attempt fails with error "SFTP error: The packet is too large"
The client is attempting to send more information in the commands than MassTransit is expecting via SFTP, so it's rejected as a possible attempt to exploit a security vulnerability.
Confirm connectivity by having the contact use an interactive client such as Filezilla or Cyberduck, to connect and transfer files. Once they confirm they can connect, they may need to check the client or client script that generates the error when connecting.
