55724: Acronis Disaster Recovery Service: DiskSafe schedule is Waiting for Next Sync : Never

Introduction
In DiskSafe, under Protected Storage – Groups, the Current Activity shows "Waiting for Next Sync : Never".  Please perform the steps described below to restore normal schedule.

Solution:
1. Open DiskSafe.

2. Expand Protected Storage - Groups – highlight the group - right-click on the group and select Properties.

3. Switch to Mode tab.
Note down the current schedule information.
Switch to Continuous mode. Click on Apply.

4. Switch back to Periodic mode and click on Apply.

5. Click on schedule and set the schedule you noted down in the previous step and click on OK.

6. Click on Apply in the Mode tab, then click on OK.

7. Check in the Current Activity for the Next Sync schedule.
