Solution
Please check to make sure the Startup Type option for the "Acronis Files Connect File and Print Server for Macintosh" service is set to "Automatic (Delayed Start)". If it is set to "Automatic", please change it to "Automatic (Delayed Start)"and test.
If the "Automatic (Delayed Start)" setting does not resolve, it could be that the service just needs a little more time than the default 120 seconds a delayed start provides.
You can manually configure the global delayed start interval using these steps.
- Open Windows Registry: Start -> Run -> regedit.exe
- Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\AutoStartDelay (you may need to create the AutoStartDelay key, it is a DWORD (32 bit) key)
- Set AutoStartDelay in milliseconds (decimal). E.G. 240000 is 240 seconds.
- If this does not resolve, please open a support case at http://www.acronis.com/mobilitysupport
