Since Acronis True Image 2015 the software supports smart exclusions in Entire PC backup to Acronis Cloud: it is now possible to exclude files that are already protected by other applications (e.g. Dropbox, iTunes media library and others). The option is available if the data protected by other applications exceeds 250MB.

1. Create a backup task for Entire PC to Acronis Cloud.
2. Click Optimize backup:
