  1. Open the Windows registry: Start -> Run -> regedit.exe
  2. Navigate to the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Installer\Products\37DB024B5C0007C42AEB89EEE15BAA26 and delete it.
  3. Re-run upgrade.
