- You try to upgrate Acronis Access desktop client to Acronis Access Advanced.

It is a known issue. We are still investigating the cause of this, it appears to be due to how the original desktop client was installed via Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager.
- Open the Windows registry: Start -> Run -> regedit.exe
- Navigate to the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Installer\Products\37DB024B5C0007C42AEB89EEE15BAA26 and delete it.
- Re-run upgrade.
