Symptoms

1. You have installed Acronis Snap Deploy 5 on Windows Server 2003.
2. You create a deployment template.
3. Deployment template creation fails with:
   E19E0032 Internal error: Operation has completed with errors
   Error code: 0x19E0032
   $module = "patcher_remote_vs_1366"
   Tag: 0xBA0B28F7F9893E43

Issue in the product.

Solution

The issue has been fixed in Build 1416. Please download and install the latest build.
