Current versions of Personal Products with a permanent license (Acronis True Image, Acronis Disk Director Home) are supported for one year since the release of the current version. Immediate previous version of the product is supported for two months after the new version is released. See Acronis Support Lifecycle Policy for Consumer Products for more information
If you have Acronis True Image subscription, you are eligible for support while your subscription is active.
If your Acronis True Image support has expired, or if you want to get support by phone, you can purchase Pay Per Incident.
If you have a permanent license of a Business Product (e.g. Acronis Backup) you have 1 year of support with initial purchase. Later you can renew your support program.
If you have a subscription license of a Business Product, you are eligible for support while your subscription is active.
If your Business product (Acronis Backup, Acronis Snap Deploy etc.) support has expired, you can renew Maintenance.
