4834: Registering Acronis Products at the Website

It is strongly recommended to register your serial numbers for Acronis products at the website

(!) There is no registration process for Acronis Access. For all questions please contact Acronis Access Support.

Introduction

It is recommended to register your serial numbers for Acronis products at the official Acronis website, so that you can at any time:

• Download the product's installation file. See Downloading an Installation File of Acronis Software;
• Download the product's latest updates. See Downloading the Latest Build of Acronis Software;
• Download Acronis Bootable Media. See Downloading Acronis Bootable Media;
• Purchase or upgrade a support program. See Purchasing Acronis Support Program.

(!) To get technical support for your product, your serial number must be registered on Acronis web site. 

Solution

1. Navigate to the Acronis Website http://www.acronis.com;
2. Log in to your account at the Acronis website:
   
3. Provide the login information. Enter the email address (1) and password (2) and press Login (3):
   
   (!) If you do not have an account, you have to create one. Enter all asked information (1), choose the optional notification (2) and press Continue (3):
   

   If you have forgot your account details, then press Forgot registration details from screenshot of step 3.
   If you know your login email, but do not remember your password, enter the email and create a new password when pressing Change Password:
   
    If you have forgot the registration email, you need to enter the Serial number or an existing Order ID. Then press Send E-mail:
   

4. Under Register your products enter the serial key (first 16 digits will be enough) and press Register:

   

5. You will then be able to view the registered products under My Products & Downloads:

   
   To expand the product, click on the + sign in front of the product (1). You can see at point 2 the latest build and MD5 key. At the bottom (3) you can see the tabs for Latest Build, Bootable Media, etc. Press Download (4) to download the latest build of installation package.
