46968: Acronis Mobility (GroupLogic) products cannot be registered

There is no product registration for Acronis Mobility (GroupLogic) products

This article applies to:

  • Access Advanced/Access
  • Acronis Files Connect (formerly ExtremeZ-IP)
  • mobilEcho
  • activEcho
  • MassTransit
  • ArchiveConnect

Symptoms

  1. You attempt to register Acronis Mobility (GroupLogic) products at the Acronis website;
  2. The attempt fails with the following error:

    Serial Number is invalid

Cause

This is a known issue.

Licenses and renewals for Acronis Files Connect (ExtremeZ-IP), Acronis Access/Acronis Access Advanced, mobilEcho, activEcho and MassTransit cannot be registered now by Customers.

Solution

There is currently no way to register an Acronis Mobility (GroupLogic) product.
