46968: Acronis Mobility products cannot be registered

There is no product registration for Acronis Mobility (GroupLogic) products

This article applies to:

  • Acronis Cyber Files
  • Acronis Files Connect (formerly ExtremeZ-IP)
  • MassTransit


  1. (Optionally) You receive a product license certificate that says "To start using your product, you should register it under your Acronis Account https://account.acronis.com"
  2. You attempt to register your Acronis Mobility products at the Acronis website;
  3. The attempt fails with the following error:

    Serial Number is invalid


This is expected.

Licenses and renewals for Acronis Cyber Files, Acronis Files Connect (formerly ExtremeZ-IP), and MassTransit cannot be registered by customers.


There is currently no method for customers to register an Acronis Mobility product themselves. All license keys, also known as serial numbers, for these products are maintained and registered in an internal system upon purchase and are not available through the Acronis Customer Support portal or the Mobility Technical Support channel.
