Once Centralized backup plan is created it is saved in Acronis Management Server database and then gets deployed to all agents listed in the plan. During deployment the plan has status “deploying”. Once everything is done the plan goes to status “deployed”
Complete all steps before proceeding to collect information step.
Centralized plan creation provides unexpected result such as plan is not showing in GUI at all
AMS SQL database probably hit limit of 4 GB and no data can be added there.
Use AMS troubleshooting script. It will reduce the database size. After the script execution restart AMS and give it about 30 minutes to process all information that was lost during database not functioning properly.
Centralized plan stays in deploying state
Some of the affected agents are offline or connection with them fails.
Go to Machines with Agents and connect to each affected agent directly and check if connection can be established. If the connection fails, troubleshoot as described in Acronis Backup Advanced: Connection to Remote Components Fails. If it succeedes, go to the Collect information step.
If all steps above have been executed and issue still persists, go to collect information step.
Collect following information and contact Acronis Customer Central.
1. Process Monitor
Reproduce the problem and collect Process Monitor log during plan deploying from AMS machine.
2. Wireshark log
Reproduce the problem and collect Wireshark log during plan deploying from AMS machine.
3. Picture of the error
Collect a screenshot of the full error message.
4. System Report
Collect System Report from AMS machine and Agents where plan will be deployed Acronis Backup 11.7/11.5: Generating System Report
