Symptoms

  1. You create Acronis Bootable Media or activate Acronis Startup Recovery Manager;
  2. You boot your machine from into the Acronis Bootable Media or Acronis Startup Recovery Manager environment;
  3. When booted you cannot access a network share if the share's machine has the Send NTLMv2 response only\refuse LM & NTLM authentication level set up.

Cause

This is a known limitation of the product.

Solution

The limitation is only with the Acronis Bootable Media or Acronis Startup Recovery Manager environment and the Send NTLMv2 response only\refuse LM & NTLM authentication level,

There is no such limitation when running the product in Windows.
