If the Hyper-V service is stopped, you will see the "Failed to Obtain an Instance of Service Class 'Msvm_Virtualsystemmanagementservice'" entries in Acronis logs. To fix this issue, you have to start the Hyper-V service manually on Hyper-V host

Cause
The Hyper-V service is not running and thus cannot respond to the requests.
Solution
Please start the Hyper-V service:
- Connect to the Hyper-V host;
- Go to Start-Run -> services.msc
- Locate the following service and start it:
Hyper-V Virtual Machine Management
