Cause

The vault re-indexing does not work as expected.

Solution

You can fix this issue by manually re-indexing the vault by running the following command:

  1. Go to Start -> Run -> cmd;
  2. Type following command:

    acrocmd reindex vault --service=asn --host=<host> --credentials=<name>,<password> --loc=<location uri>

    where <host> is the IP address or machine name (or localhost) where Acronis Storage Node is located.

    <location uri> is bsp://<host>/<vault_name> where <host> again and <vault_name> is vault name.

    (!) If you run this command on the same machine, where the Acronis Storage Node is located, you can simply use the following command:

    acrocmd reindex vault --service=asn --host=localhost --loc=bsp://localhost/vault
