Please add following program folders to your list of exlusion or white list:

C:\Program Files\Acronis\
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Acronis\
C:\ProgramData\Acronis\ (for Windows Vista, 7, 2008)
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Acronis (for Windows XP, 2003)
