While restoring mailbox items using option "Do not overwrite existing items" fails, when all restored items exist. Select another items or select option "Overwrite existing items" to solve the issue
- You attempt to restore mailbox items from an Information Store or Mailbox backup;
- You have selected the option Do not overwrite existing items;
- When you start the restore, it fails with the following error:
The e-mail has been filtered out
That error is a correct behavior of the product. If you select the option Do not overwrite existing items and all items to restore exist, then the restore operation fails with this error.
Select other items to restore or select the option Overwrite existing items.
