35933: Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5: Product Shows Incorrect Dates in Scheduler When Installed on Localized Windows

When scheduling a backup task, you will see wrong dates in scheduler, when product is installed on localized Windows systems. However, the created backup plan will run at the correct time and date.

While scheduling a backup task, you will see that the calendar day does not match with the dedicated weekday (green box). As example, we use 26 September 2012. The calendar control in Windows shows, that this day is a Wednesday:


However, in the calendar control shown in Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5 you will see that the same day is Thursday (red box): 

(!) The backup itself will work as you define it and use the correct weekdays for execution.



This is an issue in product that occurs only under all of the following conditions:

  • You have installed Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5 on a localized (non US) MS Windows.
  • You have installed the Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5 language pack from EN-UK, DE or FR.

Acronis is aware of this issue and is working to fix this. When a new build with the fix is available, this article will be updated.



The issue has been fixed since build 32308, please update the product.
