Rename the folder or do a disk-level backup
This article applies to:
- Acronis Backup & Recover 11.5 - Agent for Linux
- You have a file backup that contains files or folders with with a backslash ('\') in the name:
- An attempt to recover these files fails.
This is a known issue.
The issue has been fixed in Update 1 (build 37613), please update the software.
As a workaround, rename such files or do disk-level backup.
