Creating an MS Installer Log of True Image 2013
This article applies to:
- True Image 2013 by Acronis
If there is an issue with installation of True Image 2013, it is useful to create an installation log and send it along with your request for support.
- If the installation fails the product will display a window with appropriate error message. Press Save error log to file;
(!) Due to an issue in the product the function Send error log to Acronis Technical Support does not work. Please use the option Save error log to file.
- Select a location where to save the log, e.g. Desktop:
- Please ZIP the log and send it to Acronis Customer Central with a description of the issue and a reference to this article.
