You are trying to send a notification e-mail. Operation fails with error code 0x014F0020+0x014F0013 and error message:

The server cannot accept the sender


Most probable cause is that your SMTP server requires credentials for sending outgoing e-mail and these credentials were not provided.


Enter user name and password for accessing SMTP server:



(!) Make sure you provide the email address correctly in the From field: e.g. name@domain.com

(!) Make sure that in the From field you provide the same email address for which you specify User name and Password:

Some mail servers will not allow authentication if in the From field you provide an email address different from the one for which you specify credentials.
