You cannot browse your vaults. Run a task to recompact the vault to resolve the issue
- Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 vaults cannot be accessed;
- In the product log there is the following error message:
violation of PRIMARY or UNIQUE KEY constraint "INTEG_2408" on table "HASHES_00401"
The Acronis Storage Node service was not stopped gracefully. For example, as a result of a hard reboot. This impaired integrity of the vault's database.
This has been fixed. The fix is available in the latest released build of Acronis Backup & Recovery 10. Hard stop of the Acronis Storage Node service does not impair the vault's database.
