Logging on a machine through RDP does not trigger the task scheduled to start on user logon
- Using Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 you schedule a task with the option When logging on, which means the task will start on user logon;
- You log on the machine where the task was created through Remote Desktop (RDP);
- The task does not start. The error messages are similar to the following ones:
Failed to start demon process: Message: Failed to start demon process.
CreateProcessAsUserW failed: Message: The parameter is incorrect
Task 'Incremental backup' failed: 'Failed to open the backup location.
Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 fails to correctly identify the logon when connect through RDP.
This has been fixed. The fix is available in the latest released build of Acronis Backup & Recovery 10.
