Acronis True Image Echo saves backup archives in the [DD-MM-YYYY] or [M.D.YYYY] format instead of [DD-MM-YYYY HH:MM:SS] or [M.D.YYYY HH:MM:SS]

This article applies to:

  1. Using Acronis True Image Echo you save a backup archive and you add the [date] tag in the name. For example, MyBackup[date].tib;
  2. The name of the resulting backup archive is supposed to be in the [DD-MM-YYYY HH:MM:SS] or [M.D.YYYY HH:MM:SS] format. For example, MyBackup 23-12-2009 10:43:12.tib. But the name of the resulting backup acrhive is actually in the [DD-MM-YYYY] or [M.D.YYYY] format. For example, MyBackup 23-12-2009.tib. The hours, minutes and seconds are cut off.
