2705: Technical support for trial versions

Acronis Customer Central provides support for trial versions via email/chat during the trial period (see Trial version limitations of Acronis products).

Business products

  • Acronis Disk Director 11 Advanced
  1. Apply for a trial version at Acronis Website, e.g. apply for Acronis Backup trial at Acronis Backup page.

    (!) If you do not have an account, you will need to create one.

    (!) After you fill out the trial form, you can download the installation file and serial number (if required). In case you have received a trial serial number, you will need to register under your account at the Acronis website. You need to register the serial number to be able to get support during the trial period. See also Registering Acronis Products at the Website.
    Acronis Backup: download and install the product as described in Acronis Backup: Trial, select I want to start a free trial during installation, you won't be asked for a serial number. When installation completes, you'll be prompted to register the product under your account at the Acronis website.   2. At the Acronis Customer Central page select Trial/Pre-sales/Licensing question:
