  1. You reinstall Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 Agent for Windows using the local installer;
  2. After reinstallation of Acronis Backup & Recovery 11, in the Event Viewer -> System log there are error messages similar to the following ones:
    Event Type: Error
    Event Source: Service Control Manager
    Event Category: None
    Event ID: 7000
    The Acronis Snapshots Manager (Build XXX) service failed to start due to the following error:
    Cannot create a file when that file already exists.


Issue in the product. 


This message can be safely ignored.

Acronis Development Team is working on fixing this issue. This article will be updated once the issue is fixed.
