Issue is fixed in Acronis Backup 11.5 (Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5). Acronis Secure Zone will be detected and displayed on the first connection to the Acronis Agent

  1. Using Acronis Backup & Recovery 11, you create Acronis Secure Zone on the machine;
  2. You then uninstall Acronis Backup & Recovery 11;
  3. Then you reinstall the product;
  4. After the product reinstallation, Acronis Secure Zone is not displayed in Windows Explorer.


Acronis Secure Zone will only be displayed after you start Acronis Management Console and connect it to the Acronis Agent.


Issue is fixed in Acronis Backup 11.5 (Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5). Please upgrade, otherwise use this solution:

  1. Start Acronis Management Console;
  2. Connect to the machine with the Acronis Agent and the Acronis Secure Zone.

    After you connect, Acronis Agent will initialize and detect the Acronis Secure Zone. Acronis Secure Zone will then be displayed in Windows Explorer.
