You may request a full refund of Acronis True Image or Acronis Disk Director license purchase or automatic subscription renewal purchase from Acronis for any reason during the refund period applicable to your product type. For annual billing products and/or perpetual license products your refund request must be made within thirty (30) days from the purchase date while if you purchased a monthly billing product your refund request must be made within seven (7) days from the purchase date.
Acronis cannot accept returns submitted after the 30 days period from the purchase date.

- Digital River: to return software to Acronis, please contact Digital River Customer Service or send email to email@example.com with your order details.
If you made your purchase from a different online store, contact the store to request refund.
If you have purchased a product not at Acronis website:
Acronis cannot refund purchases made at retail outlets and from resellers. Please contact your reseller or retail outlet.
