Symptoms

  1. You set up a backup task to run on January 1 at 12.00 AM;
  2. The backup task does not start at scheduled time. No error message is shown.

Cause

Issue in the product.

Solution

As a workaround, on January 1 set the task to run at different time, e.g. 12.05 AM.

Acronis Development Team is working on fixing this issue. This article will be updated when a fix is available.
