Operating Systems:

In some cases Norman Endpoint Protection deletes Acronis drivers' files

This article applies to:

  • Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 (All Editions)

Description

There were several reports that Norman Endpoint Protection deleted Acronis drivers' files, which lead to an unbootable system state.

The Last Known Good Configuration option has been used to make the system bootable.

It is recommended to disable Norman Endpoint Protection prior to installing Acronis Backup & Recovery 10.
