To change the current e-mail address associated with your Acronis account to a new one do the following:
- Log in to your Acronis account here: https://account.acronis.com
- Once you are logged in, click this link:
- This page opens:
Your account looks different? Click this link: https://acronis.com/my/profile/change/
Do not click Profile in your account. You need to click the link above.
- Provide the new e-mail address:
- Fill in your current password:
- Click Save changes:
The e-mail is changed.

If you no longer have access to your Acronis account (e.g. provided a mispelled e-mail at registration), please contact Acronis Customer Central.
