To change the e-mail associated with your Acronis account:

  1. Contact Acronis Customer Central and provide the current e-mail of your Acronis account and the e-mail you want to change it to.
  2. Acronis respresentative will ask you to send a confirmation from the current e-mail address.
  3. After we receive the confirmation, we can change the e-mail.

If you provided incorrect registration e-mail (e.g. misspelled it) or you no longer have access to old e-mail account, please contact Acronis Customer Central as well.
