To work around the issue, install Acronis Agent on the Windows SBS machine locally
Symptoms
- You install Acronis Management Console on any of the supported operating systems other than Windows SBS. See Operating Systems Acronis Recovery for Microsoft Exchange Supports;
- Using Acronis Management Console you select to remotely install Acronis Agent;
- On the Serial Number screen of Remote Install Wizard, you enter a valid license number for Acronis Recovery for Microsoft Exchange SBS edition;
- After entering the license number, the button Next is grayed out. Acronis Agent cannot be installed.
Cause
Not identified.
Solution
As a workaround, install Acronis Agent on the Windows SBS machine locally.
More information
After Acronis Agent is installed locally, you should be able to connect to it remotely using Acronis Management Console.
(!) The issue is only with using serial numbers for Acronis Recovery for Microsoft Exchange SBS edition.
