When installed on the same machine with PC Angel, Acronis products either crash or cannot access hard disk drives
On a system, where both an Acronis product and PC Angel software are installed, one of the following happens:
- Acronis product reports it cannot find hard disk drives;
- Acronis product crashes immediately when started.
Acronis products conflict with PC Angel software.
Uninstall PC Angel software.
(!) The issue occurs only when working in Windows. When booted from Acronis Bootable Rescue Media, there should be no conflict with PC Angel software. See Standalone Version of Acronis Software.
