Boxed versions of Acronis True Image 9.1 and Echo are sold with temporary serial numbers. These serial numbers turn the product to a trial version after 15 days of use

Symptoms
Any of the listed products turns to a limited trial version after 15 days of fully functional use.
Cause
Such versions of Acronis True Image are sold as part of a project with Avanquest, which was an Acronis distributor until March 2009.
The serial numbers provided with these copies of Acronis True Image are temporary and allow fully functional use of the product only for 15 days. After 15 days the product turns to a trial version.
Solution
The Avanquest temporary serials should be registered at the Acronis Website:
http://fr.acronis.com/enterprise/avanquest/
After the registration, new full serial numbers will be sent to the E-mail provided in the form.

Avanquest serial numbers are stickered to the boxes when sold to customers.
(!) Acronis Universal Restore serial numbers sold by Avanquest are full (not trial). One cannot and neednot activate them.
