Quotas always exceed when Backup Location is on a network share or a network drive. This is a known issue

You have created Backup Location on a network share/network drive, but the quotas for it are always exceeded. In the operation logs there are errors Cannot open archive for writing.
Issue in the product.
This is a known issue.
There is no such issue with the current versions of Acronis True Image Home.
