Acronis True Image does not recognize tape drives when ARCserve is enabled

Backup archive cannot be saved to or restored from a tape drive, when ARCserve is turned on. Acronis Backup software simply does not detect that a tape drive exists.
Try disabling ARCserve and see if the issue persists. If it does, contact Acronis Customer Central with reference to this article.
