The Acronis Linux Report output can be useful to diagnose an issue when running Acronis software from bootable media

Introduction
The full versions of all the standalone bootable modules of Acronis products are based on Linux.
Should you run into an issue when working with a standalone version of Acronis software, you can create an Acronis Linux Report and send it with your request for support.
Solution
If you use Acronis True Image 11 Home, Acronis True Image Home 2009, Acronis Snap Deploy 3.0, or any edition of Acronis True Image Echo, please create Acronis Linux Report as follows:
- If you have a floppy drive and you are booting from an Acronis Bootable CD, click here.
- If you do not have a floppy drive and you are going to use digital camera to create screenshots, click here.
- If you would like to create the report on a flash drive, click here.
- If you would like to create the report on a network share with DHCP running, click here.
If you use any other older Acronis product, please create Acronis Linux Report as follows:
- If you have a floppy drive and you are booting from it, click here.
