After committing a purchase operation at Acronis Online Store you never received a confirmation e-mail or an invoice with a serial number and download link to the product you have purchased.
The Acronis store automatically generates an e-mail after a purchase that includes a serial number and registration code.
It is possible that the message with your registration code and link that have been sent to you was misidentified as junk e-mail.
Please re-check the information that was sent to you after the purchase. If you still can not find it, please check the junk e-mail folder of your mail service. If the message does not appear within 30 minutes, please contact Acronis Customer Central.
