Introduction
A system information export lets Acronis Support Engineers have a better insight into the issue you may be experiencing.
In Windows, the information is collected using the AcronisInfo Utility , which is built in the product. For a complete list of the items collected, please see AcronisInfo Utility .
From Acronis Bootable Media, Acronis Linux Report is collected.
Solution
Generating system information report from Windows:
Run Acronis Disk Director Home:
Click Help -> Collect system information :
The process will then start;
During the process there will appear a Windows System Information (Msinfo32) window, please close it:
(!) It is important that you do not close any other windows, otherwise the generation of system information will fail.
You may also see the following messages which can safely be ignored:
Failed to obtain the list of groups Failed to generate the RSOP report
These are simply not applicable to your machine. Please ignore these messages.
At the end of the generation of the system information report you will be asked to save it. Please select one of your drives and save it there:
The name of the file will be SysinfoOutput.zip :
