This has already been fixed. As a workaround, you can also reindex the vaults

- Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 Advanced Server Build 11345 or lower
- Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 Advanced Server - Small Business Server Edition Build 11345 or lower
- Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 Advanced Workstation Build 11345 or lower
- Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 Advanced Server Virtual Edition Build 11345 or lower
Symptoms
- You are using Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 Build 11345 or lower. You store your backups in centralized managed vaults;
- The product starts backup consolidation and at the end of the process the Acronis Storage Node crashes for some reason;
- After this, the some archives are displayed as 0 bytes. The archives do not expand when you click on the "+" symbol.
Cause
This is an issue in the product. When the Acronis Storage Node crashes at the end of the consolidation, it does not create a rollback point. As a result, the database entry for the archive is damaged.
The archives themselves are fine.
This issue has already been fixed.
Solution
This issue has already been fixed and the fix is available in the latest released build of the product. See Installation of the latest update of an Acronis product.
To recover the exisiting archives, do the following:
- Remove the centralized managed vault from the Acronis Storage Node as described in Acronis Backup & Recovery 10: Moving Vaults on Acronis Management Server.
- Then move the database of the vault to a different location:
The database location is the one you provide in the Database path field when creating a managed vault:
The database is stored in the {Vault_GUID}_l.fdb format:
To move the database file, you need to first stop the Acronis Storage Node Service:
After moving the database file, start the Acronis Storage Node Service again:
- Reattach the vault as described in Acronis Backup & Recovery 10: Moving Vaults on Acronis Management Server.
After readding the vault, you may need to wait a few minutes before the vault is visible in the GUI. In this time, the Acronis Storage Node reindexes all archives. After the vault has been readded, you need to edit all the backup policies/plans that used the vault, and repoint the backup destination to the readded vault. (Even if the name is the same).
